Trays, basins and moulds

The trays we offer are built according to a process that allows us to obtain a high quality product suitable for use in bakeries, pastry shops, pizzerias, delicatessens, etc. They contain technological solutions capable of guaranteeing convenience and practicality, optimizing the work phases. The finishes are of high quality and the material is drilled, cut, folded and welded with specialized equipment and competent professionalism. Corners, edges and folds are kept to a minimum to avoid risks, impacts and encrustations. Food contact surfaces are designed for easy cleaning and sterilization.

The construction
Total control of the production cycle and updating of the equipment allows us to carry out:
● trays of all sizes, lengths and widths, with thicknesses on request;
● drilling on request (diameter and pitch);
● trays with 2,3 or 4 folded edges;

●flat baking tray cm. 40×60 and cm. 60×80 with rounded edges (printed)
● fold edge with a height starting from 1 mm and an angle between 30° and 120°;
● corrugated trays with a number of channels on request and a minimum diameter of 16 mm.
The aluminum we use is classified as: PERALUMAN 30 UNI 5754 annealed and flattened H 111.
The drilling standard is obtained with a 2 mm diameter hole and a 3.5 mm pitch. For us, these dimensions achieve the excellent relationship between cooking and non-stick.
