The drilling standard is obtained with a 2 mm diameter hole and a 3.5 mm pitch. For us, these dimensions achieve the excellent relationship between cooking and non-stick. Along the edges a band left full gives rigidity and consistency to the pan.
A particular technology allows the sheet metal to be fixed to the frame without the use of rivets or welding. This eliminates the usual tear breakages with loss of parts or fragments in the product being cooked. Tray with rounded corners, stackable and suitable for automatic loading.
