Rotor trolley and tray holder with corner guides

AISI 304/430 stainless steel structure made with 25x25mm tube thickness 1.2mm

Our standard construction includes:

• 2 shoulders of defined height based on the oven of interest, grafted to the top and the base of the

cart

• 2 tubes of the same size and thickness as the entire structure, which form

the upper structure of the trolley

• Base made up of two 304/430 thick stainless steel sheet plates. 20/10 they do from

wheel support.

• AISI 304/430 stainless steel corners 20x30mm thick. 15/10 with stop-curl: front invitation

which helps insert the tray and a rear stop to prevent the tray from coming out

• High temperature resistant thermosetting resin wheels Ø 80/100mm both in base

to the dimensions of the trolley, with galvanized (standard) or stainless steel support on request

• Hooking and height of the trolley vary depending on the brand and model of the oven

Our construction differs in the wheel plates placed under the trolley, the thickness and

width of the angle. Our structure guarantees particular stability of the trolley itself.

themselves, the standard 90° structure or rounded on request and the entry side of the trays,
