The mechanical transmissions and motors are sized to be able to process even the most resistant doughs. Depending on the models, they are available with digital timers to program the stop of the machine. All parts in direct contact with the pasta are made of stainless steel to comply with all current regulations,
in addition to those concerning operator safety.
The machine has tank protection compliant with the European standard UNI EN 453
